ORDER POLICY PRICING: Please note that all prices are in U.S. currency. Shipping and handling are not included. Prices may vary from what is shown on our website, due to the fluctuations of cost that are not under our control. If this may happen on your order, we will notify you before we fill your order. ORDER PROCESSING POLICY: After you submit your order we will then contact you with a personal email regarding the availability of your items. We will let you know the amount of shipping, handling and insurance and if sales taxes apply to your order at that time. If you are paying by check or money order, your order will be held for seven (7) days. If payment hasn't reached us within 7 days your items will be returned to stock. If payment is made by check, your item will ship after our bank clears your check, which is usually about 7 days. Current applicable fees will be charged in cases of bounced checks. Items paid for by money order are shipped no more than 4-6 business days after receipt of the money order. If you are paying by credit card, your order will be shipped usually no more than 4-6 business days after receipt, unless it is on backorder, which you will be notified. OUR SHIPPING POLICY: Most items are shipped by U.S. Priority Mail or Federal Express and are insured. If we ship by UPS or some other carrier and will notify you. All orders shipped to addresses outside of the U.S. will be shipped by UPS or a carrier of our choice. Our shipping charges are for within the continental United States only. Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii or other places will have to be worked out on an individual basis. OUR RETURN POLICY: We're certain you will be pleased with your merchandise. We make certain to fully describe our items, including any flaws on Estate pieces. Most of our items are Factory New unless stated. If you have any questions about the items you are ordering, please email us before placing your order. If you feel you must return an item, contact us for return instructions within three (3) days (by phone or email) of receipt of your items. Please be sure to insure your item upon returning it. Upon our receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund for your items if returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. Any shipping/insurance costs for which you were responsible will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping/insurance costs, which will not be reimbursed for any reason. Returned merchandise must be received by us within seven (7) days of the date from which you contact us regarding the return. OUR DAMAGE POLICY: We package our items very carefully to insure that your item arrives intact. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us immediately upon arrival and save all packaging and boxes. We will then notify you what to do next. If shipped U.S. Postal Services you must take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local U.S. Post Office to file a claim. The U.S. Post Office will contact us in order to process the claim.. Do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund. |
